A responsive approach is built into our DNA with so much depending on the appraisal process. As an Appraisal Management Company (AMC), our goal is to take the burden from lenders in coordinating the entire appraisal process from start to finish. We strive to make the entire appraisal process as seamless as possible. Upon contracting Lone Star Valuation Services, lenders can rest assured that they will stay informed throughout every step of the appraisal process. Any questions that may arise will be answered promptly.

We take pride in our quality, local network of appraisers. Every appraiser in our network is required to hold a minimum of $500,000 in Errors and Omissions Insurance. We use state of the art AQM software to review each appraisal to ensure that a quality appraisal is delivered to the lender. Our qualified appraisers are experts in their markets; they typically live and work within fifteen miles of the subject property, ensuring an accurate valuation. Combined with the eyes of our quality control staff and expertise of our appraisers, clients can rest assured that our appraisal reports come back conforming to all lender, FHA, FNMA, and USPAP guidelines.

We take pride that, as a small company, we can offer rapid turnaround times on every appraisal that comes through our door. A standard appraisal is returned in 5 business days with the option of 2-3 days for a small rush fee. This is something only a small, agile company can offer and our results are evidence of that every time we complete an order.
